SuYash offers comprehensive service to support all phases of Water Resources, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). We provide services including , green stormwater infrastructure, Environmental Site Design (ESD), or Low Impact Development (LID), to meet Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL), and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) requirements. Planning
SuYash has expertise in developing watershed management plans and to support clients in developing strategies for treatment of unrelated impervious areas, retrofits of failed stormwater facilities and meeting the permit requirements. Our innovative and cost-effective strategies assist our clients to improve the water quality, reduce erosion and flooding economically.

Design (Water Resources, Highway and Structures)
SuYash practices green infrastructure philosophy, resulting in cost-effective, sustainable and environmentally friendly projects. We have expertise in all design projects for H/H studies, SWM, erosion & sediment control (ESC), drainage, culverts, stream restoration, NPDES, Chesapeake activities associated with highway and land development projects.

Design Build
SuYash specialize in innovative contracting techniques. Our creative and innovative solutions save time and money to to the design-build team and the owner. Our staff has worked on design-build projects in Maryland from small projects, $2.34M SHA SWM DBOM in Charles County, to mega projects, $512M ICC Contracts C in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties.

Structural Inspections
SuYash’s structural inspection team is experienced in the inspection, evaluation, and rating of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, lighting structures, traffic control device structures, and drainage structures. Our staff provides inspection services for projects ranging from ancillary structures, retaining walls, and bridges. SuYash’s inspection team is certified in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements for highway structures and is experienced in applying the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials’ (AASHTO) Manual for Bridge Evaluation and Manual for Bridge Element Inspection to bridge inspections and ratings.

Stormwater BMP Inspections and As-built Certifications
SuYash has expertise in SWM As-built certifications and stormwater Asset Management Expertise include drainage and SWM Best Management Practices (BMP) inventory, inspections and investigations, and assessments to assure proper functionality of the assets. We prepare assessment reports, plans for drainage remedial solutions and work orders for SWWM BMPs requiring maintenance.

Environmental Management, Construction Monitoring and Compliance Inspections
Our environmental management team and environmental construction inspectors collaborate to see that your project remains compliant, within environmental regulations and permit conditions. This collaboration is critical during construction as the project advances toward completion. Our environmental compliance and management services include environmental construction inspections, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), assuring permit compliance during construction utilizing daily erosion and sediment control inspections, log daily action items, coordination with inspectors, coordinate with MDE inspectors, coordinate with construction team to remediate action items, monitoring completion of action items, monitoring construction activities (pile driving, grading, activities near regulated resources), noise monitoring, underwater noise monitoring during pile driving, fish mortality surveys, injured animal recovery, water quality sampling, laboratory coordination, coordinating with foremen, superintendents, safety managers, and project managers, preparing permit modifications, attend compliance meetings to report construction progress, assist with marine mammal surveys (Atlantic sturgeon), coordinate with MD DNR, MDE, USACE, US Coast Guard, MRC, VDEQ , VDOT, as well as other MD & VA agencies.

Environmental Design and Environmental Delineations
Our scientists have extensive expertise in implementing the 1987 US Army Corps Wetland Delineation Manual and Regional Supplements, and receiving regulatory permits is critical in the project schedule. Our teams knowledge spans multiple disciplines from plant identification, soil characterization, Jurisdictional Determinations (JD’s), permit preparation to post construction monitoring. Our environmental services include wetland delineations, forest stand delineations, natural resource inventories, forest conservation plans, tree save plans, roadside tree permits, forest conservation mitigation banking, Chesapeake Bay Critical Area delineations, rare, threatened & endangered species searches, FEMA Floodplain Studies, Hydraulic & Hydrologic modeling, NEPA documentation, watershed studies, stream restoration, environmental permitting, wetland mitigation monitoring, stormwater management design, stormwater management inspections, stormwater management As-Builts, and environmental due diligence.
